UOL Group said it has sold 252 of the 320 units released to date at its Spottiswoode Residences. It was first launched about two weeks ago and 130 units were taken up during a three-day preview, out of 150 released then. The highest price achieved for those 130 units was $2,150 psf. UOL Group said its Spottiswoode Residences project has registered strong preview sales, with 130 units of the total 150 released for sale snapped up since last Friday.
UOL will release another 80 units at the official launch today. The property group said 86 per cent of buyers are Singaporean, with most buying the pricier sea view units.
Ms Dolly Lian, UOL's general manager of marketing, said: "We believe buyers are excited about the potential transformation of the area into another waterfront city comparable to Marina Bay and an extended CBD area offering new lifestyle and workplace options."
The 351-unit condominium in Spottiswoode Park Road saw units sold at prices ranging from $1,720 to $2,150 per square foot.
UOL said four of the seven penthouses were sold, with one fetching $1,850 psf.
